Attendance and Behaviour Hub

At Southfield Primary Academy, we are proud to be recognised as a RISE Hub Lead School, championing excellence in attendance and behaviour across our region. As a Lead School, we are committed to working in partnership with other schools to share best practice, provide practical support, and drive sustainable improvement.

Through our RISE Hub offer, we support schools to strengthen their systems, culture, and capacity in key areas including:

• Using attendance reports to drive improvement – making data meaningful and actionable at every level.
• A data-led approach – using evidence and trends to shape strategic decision-making.

• Graduated response to behaviour – developing a consistent, tiered approach that supports positive conduct and inclusion.

• The power of deliberate practice – building staff confidence and skill through focused, practical training.
